Join Abby Cox for a night of relaxation and tranquility. The dim lighting provided by candles will set a calming mood for the evening. The workshop will begin with gentle, restorative yoga postures and the second portion of class will be Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation in which your body and mind is in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, water, and any yoga props (blocks, bolsters, strap). Some supplies can be provided.

Abby started her professional career in marketing, but her nag for yoga, holistic health, and cooking was always her true passion. Abby grew up in a small town in Arizona and her, her husband, and two rad kids moved up to Oregon in 2015. She loves to teach and practice yoga on the daily, hike, play chef, keep up on her green thumb, expand her library, kayak, bike, and regularly stops to smell the flowers.
