The Central Oregon Tick Borne Illness Support Group is for anyone who has or suspects they have borne disease (lyme, bartonella, ehrlichia, Babesia, RMSF etc). This group is intended to grow into a place of love and support for individuals and their families healing from Lyme disease. A place where they can share their stories and be understood, where they can get educated by a myriad of information from doctors, speakers and each other in coping with tick borne illness. It is a place where hope can be found for this confusing disease.
Led by Theresa Denham, founder and president of Oregon Lyme Disease Network since 2001, her family has survived after years of severe health challenges. With a background including Microbiology and Veterinary Technology and a counseling Certificate, she is able to understand the fears while also providing the tools for enhancing recovery.
