DESCRIPTION:Rooted in Love\nA 6-week journey into relational intimacy\, connection\, communication\, and embodied partnership. For couples who want more than a relationship that works. For couples who want a relationship they can truly feel. \nIntimacy isn’t the absence of conflict. It is the capacity to remain connected while telling the truth. What if deeper intimacy isn’t about finding the “perfect” relationship\, but learning how to stay present\, curious\, honest\, and connected when things get real? Rooted in Love is a 6-week experiential series for couples who want to move beyond simply functioning together and learn how to create a relationship that feels emotionally safe\, honest\, embodied\, playful\, and alive. \nOver six weeks\, we’ll explore: \n🌿 Week 1 | The Art of Being Known\nVulnerability\, authenticity\, emotional safety\, and the courage to let yourself be seen. \n🗣️ Week 2 | Transparent Communication\nLearning to tell the truth without blame\, defensiveness\, criticism\, or shutting down. \n🫶 Week 3 | The Nervous System of Relationship\nUnderstanding activation\, co-regulation\, pursuit and withdrawal\, and how our nervous systems shape the way we connect. \n🔥 Week 4 | Sexual Attunement\nExploring desire\, consent\, erotic communication\, embodied listening\, and creating a more connected sexual relationship. \n💛 Week 5 | Rupture & Repair\nLearning how to navigate conflict\, take accountability\, repair disconnection\, and find your way back to one another. \n✨ Week 6 | Keeping Love Alive \nRelational joy\, erotic vitality\, play\, rituals of connection\, and cultivating a relationship that continues to grow and evolve. This isn’t about becoming a “better couple.” It’s about becoming more available to one another. \nMore honest.\nMore curious.\nMore attuned.\nMore resilient.\nMore alive. \nBecause every relationship experiences rupture. The question isn’t whether you will disconnect. The question is: Can you find your way back? \nSeptember 16th -October 21st\nWednesdays at 6:30 p.m. \nAt Hawthorn Healing Arts\n$350 per couple (payment plans available)\nEmail rootedandopen@gmail.com or call 541-306-8466 to sign up.
