DESCRIPTION:Learn to think\, speak\, and relate from the Heart instead of habit with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) at this four day training in Bend\, Oregon. \nTwo-Weekend Training: July 25\, 26 and Aug 1\, 2\nLocation: Hawthorn Healing Arts Center in Bend\, Oregon \nSchedule: Saturdays 10-4pm Sundays 10-12:30pm \n\n\nImagine having even “difficult” conversations with clarity\, compassion\, and confidence. \nThis comprehensive basic skills training over back to back weekends will give you a foundation and practice in NVC. \nImprove your relationships and quality of life. \nNonviolent Communication (NVC) as developed by Marshall Rosenberg is a dependable and heart-centered way to navigate conflict\, experience more empathy\, and sustain connections through life’s challenges. \nIn this Basic Skills Training you’ll learn to:\n• Turn disagreements into mutual understanding\n• Reduce conflict by changing how you think\n• Become more self-connected and express your needs in ways that are heard and cared about\n• Build connections that are more authentic\, resilient\, beautiful\, and fulfilling \n  \nFifteen hours of interactive class time with visiting teacher Ano Hanamana from Hawaii. Ano has 20+ years in NVC teaching experience\, is an author and a cultural pioneer dedicated to supporting holistic human consciousness and clan-based living.
