WHAT: Sacred space to explore and unshame the body. Reclaim the right to pleasure. Write through restriction. Speak through silence. Be bold and hilarious, quiet and thoughtful. Move, sing, write, laugh and liberate energy for joy, self-expression and discovery. For folks who identify as open-hearted and curious, female and/or nonbinary. NO writing experience needed.
