About the Facilitator — Meghan Mahealani has been a student of breath, movement, and the body for over 20 years. She’s the founder of the Amba Method of Embodiment. She sees the body not as an image, but an experience; not as a machine or problem to fix, but a highly intelligent bio-vessel that connects us deeply to the Spirit and Nature within us. Fitzy is a musical creator with the vision to bring people back to their roots to activate their highest powers from within themselves. His primary mission lies in spreading awareness and knowledge of the importance of community and being human together. Inspired by the sounds of Tom Petty, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the healing music of Trevor Hall and Xavier Rudd, Fitzy takes the art of improvisational music to create a genuine sound that everyone can enjoy.
