Emotions and Essential Oils

Have you ever been transported back in time by a familiar smell? Were you suddenly overcome with a strong emotional memory of a person or place?

Our olfactory system has the strongest, most direct connection to the emotional areas of our brain. We can use this to our advantage by integrating essential oils into our lives in a way that helps release negative patterns, ease stressful situations, and even bring feelings of joy and elation.
