Amy Kowalski, LMT, Cht will be offering a wide range of massage therapy and bodywork services through Hawthorn Healing Arts Center beginning in October. Amy is a licensed massage therapist and certified hypnotherapist focused on restoring health through deep intentional healing.

Dr. Joshua Phillips, ND, Hawthorn Healing Arts Center director says that as Amy joins their team of healthcare providers this also represents a significant expansion to their bodywork and massage therapy services and is an exciting addition to the center’s overall healthcare services. “Amy’s credentials and expertise along with her innate passion for helping people makes her a welcome addition to our expanding bodywork program,” he says. “With Amy’s focus on bodywork and traditional massage our patients will now have access to Swedish Relaxation, Shiatsu and Thai Massage as well as hydrotherapy and reflexology.”

In addition to these services Amy also has extensive training in cupping, essential oils, hot stone therapy, and CBD oil massage. Over the course of her training and career Amy has treated a wide variety of clients ranging in age from the very young to seniors. Using treatments from Deep Tissue, NeuroMuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy to Swedish relaxation and light lymphatic drainage, Amy can adjust her level of pressure to meet any patient’s need.
