Did you know there are many ways to combat everyday body aches and pains on your own?

While receiving massage is a wonderful and therapeutic experience, sometimes that luxury is not available. Here are some great tips for you to consider when you are having #massagewithdrawls.

✔️Self-myofascial release!

Get down there on the floor with that foam roller, tennis ball, or break out the silicone cups and work out some of those sore bits. (check back for video coming ?)

✔️Hydrate!

Drinking at least half your body weight in ounces daily.

✔️Pay attention to what you are putting into your body.

If you are feeling like you need a good reset, do a seasonal cleanse. Dr. Kerie does 2 each year.

✔️Get stretchy!

Just a few minutes each day can make a huge difference. (video coming soon ?)

✔️Get moving!

Keep your body active, even if it’s just a simple walk around the block.
