Hawthorn Healing Arts is excited to introduce Jade C. Carboy, APRN, WHNP-BC/AGNP-C, as the latest addition to the practice. With a focus on Holistic Women’s Health and Wellness, Jade brings a unique blend of compassion, skill, and innovation to patient care.
Jade earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University in 2014, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University where she graduated in 2018. She holds dual certifications in Adult Gerontological Primary Care & Women’s Health through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the National Certification Corporation (NCC), setting a strong foundation for her specialized practice.
With extensive training from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and Metabolic Medical Institute in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Jade is also a certified provider of sub-dermal pellet therapy through BioTe Medical and The Hormone Health Institute. Additionally, she holds certifications in cosmetic injectables and sclerotherapy, demonstrating her holistic approach to women’s health and beauty. Her passion lies in providing comprehensive, empathetic care to women across all life stages. Jade views each patient as a unique individual and emphasizes strong patient-clinician communication. Advocating for women to play an active role in their health promotion, Jade strives to empower her patients with knowledge and support.
Specializing in comprehensive, integrative women’s health care, Jade offers services such as routine and acute gynecological care, intimate wellness, urogynecology, and menopause management. She emphasizes bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and hormone balancing throughout the lifespan. Jade also offers counsel on intimate and sexual health, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and assists patients in managing chronic health conditions like autoimmune thyroid disease, hypothyroidism, PCOS, and endometriosis.
Licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska, Jade brings her expertise to multiple regions. Outside of her practice, Jade finds solace and rejuvenation in nature. Whether camping, climbing, or hiking, she embraces the outdoors with enthusiasm. Her love for adventure is matched only by her devotion to her two dogs and cherished family.
